What can I remember from last week?

Today:
Woke up, breathed in, realised still had cold. Got up, made coffee, back to bed to finish 'The curious incident of the dog in night time'. Got up, bleached, scrubbed, hoovered flat. H from KBH called, we chatted for one hour. J called. Had bath. Went out to get papers.

Saturday:
Got up with cold/hangover, dashed around, had breakfast, R went off to Brighton. I went to Fulham to take photos of my friend's baby. S made pro lunch with fresh pineapple and plenty of wine. Got a lift to the tube, went to photo shop to drop in negatives, pick up film. Lots of firemen and policemen round Bond St. Bought underwear. Had coffee and sandwich in Starbucks. Got tube to King's X to take photos of friend's night. Felt rough, spoke to KC and J, got cab home. Carried on reading book, went to bed in a cold-fuelled huff.

Friday:
Woke up at KJ's, drove in. Worked all day, was sunny so had lunch outside with KC and A. Went to bar, had 2 glasses of wine. Went to town with R, had pasta and more wine. Arrived in cinema to see Zatoichi, fell asleep in nice warm chair for 1.5 hours, woke up for final 15 mins of Ninja tapdancing. Went to Kettners for 2 x 1/2 bottle of champagne (one Veuve, one other, can't remember). Got sneaky cab home, played Nintendo until 3am.

Thursday:
Left R in flat, first day back in at work. Spoke to P about long-suffered problems. Met nice food stylist. Drove to riding lesson, had a very wide horse. Back to KJ's for ruddy marvellous curry and glass of wine.

Wednesday:
Last day of freedom. Went into town, did lots of shopping, bought fab silver shoes and white skirt. Changed mobile phone number due to twatty man who'd been calling me since Tuesday. Went to meet L in Bar Soho to discuss bridge photos. T came over. Left at 8.30 to psych up for work doom.

Tuesday:
Had extraordinarily lazy morning, made whopping fritatta for lunch. Went to CW to pick up photos, then to meet JB and S to see The Passion of the Christ, a very sticky, burgundy film. Got on tube to R's for tea and a secular sit down.

Monday:
Got up to sound of birds singing. Played Nintendo with J and R. Got train to Manchester, shouted at man on train for smoking. Went to Dry 201, then to Canal St, before train home to London and arrival in spanking new St Pancras station. Took much-welcomed taxi home. Played Nintendo until 2am.
